If a tenant loses their job, their contract ends, work dries up, or they fall ill, we pay the landlord and the tenant owes us nothing for two months. They can claim more than once over the life of the policy.
Every tenant covered by our Guarantor cover will receive up to £10,000 hardship cover for two months.
