How long does it take?

Start to finish? It can be as little as 5 minutes. Creating your account and placing an order will take a couple of minutes. Remember all we need from you is your applicant’s name, phone number and email address as well as your rent amount. Once we have received payment, we immediately send your potenial tenant a form.

The exact time they need to complete the application depends on the reference package you selected. On average our Basic, Basic+ and Pro references take 2, 5 and 10 minutes to complete. Our analysis takes less than 5 minutes. The longest part of our process is usually the time it takes for applicants to begin filling out the form so be sure to let them know that they will be hearing from us.

How are you able to perform a comprehensive reference so quickly?

Have you ever put in your details on a comparison site and received an immediate quote? Or received an instant reply on a credit card application? We use the same robust methods used by banks, financial institutions and insurance companies to give you a response as soon as possible.

We are able to make direct digital links to credit agencies and banks to obtain the information we need to assess your applicant. We do this because fraudsters have become very clever. Why can't I input the tenant data myself?

We need to get the express permission from the applicant to perform the checks. Although you may have already received this, to be compliant we need to receive this directly from the applicant. Additionally, our service includes identity verification and document analysis. These must be provided by the applicant themselves.
